Acne Studios

Acne Studios released its first fragrance in April 2024, made with Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle and composed by Suzy Le Helley. Jonny Johansson started by handing Malle his references: Bergman’s Persona from 1966 and the white nights Stockholm gets for about six weeks each summer. They ran a hundred versions before landing on aldehydes over rose, violet and orange blossom, then incense, vanilla, sandalwood and peach skin. Johansson wanted it to feel like a mohair sweater.

Mun Sing, who scored the Spring/Summer 2025 show, built its soundtrack: a hundred tracks that hold ambient, contemporary classical, club and Swedish folk in one room. The list includes Oneohtrix Point Never, Caterina Barbieri, Four Tet, Actress, Holly Herndon, Ravel and Jan Johansson playing folk tunes on piano.
