Sofi is an AI-powered image generation platform that allows users to create and transform images using artificial intelligence. We provide tools for camera angle transformation, location changes, and other creative image modifications.
When you create an account with us, you agree to:
Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload. By uploading content, you grant Sofi a license to process, store, and display your images solely for the purpose of providing our services.
Generated Content: You own the images generated by our AI models based on your inputs. However, you acknowledge that similar outputs may be generated for other users with similar inputs.

You must not use Sofi to generate images, videos, audio, or other content that replicates, swaps, or impersonates any person's face, voice, or likeness unless you have their explicit, documented consent.
Content that violates privacy, uses deepfake technology for deception, or impersonates individuals without permission is strictly prohibited.
Images or content depicting human-like faces, voice, or likeness (realistic, stylized, or animated) are subject to additional review. Sofi reserves the right to remove or report any such content that may violate third-party rights, cause harm, or contradict platform and payment processor policies.
We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate. We use automated safety checkers and may manually review content when necessary.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.
Sofi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Sofi offers subscription plans that auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually). By subscribing, you authorize Sofi to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Plan details, including pricing and included credits, are displayed on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
Sofi uses a credit-based system to meter usage. Credits are organized into pools with the following deduction priority: subscription > rollover > coupon > one-time > free.
Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for currency.
Upgrades: When you upgrade your plan, your existing subscription is cancelled and a new subscription starts immediately. The full new plan price is charged at the time of upgrade. Unused credits from your previous plan carry over as rollover credits, which expire at the end of the new billing period.
Downgrades: Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to your current plan until then.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, subscription credits expire at period end, while one-time credits remain available.
All payments — including subscription charges, renewals, and one-time credit purchases — are final and non-refundable. Please manage your subscription and credit purchases according to your usage.
We may change our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of price changes. Price changes will not be applied mid-term to active billing periods.
You must maintain a valid payment method on file to subscribe to a paid plan. If your payment method fails, we may suspend access to paid features until a valid payment method is provided.
If you believe there is an error in your billing, please contact us at support@sofi.chat within 30 days of the charge in question.
Sofi does not provide financial, medical, technical, or certification advice. Content generated is for creative purposes only. You should not rely on any generated content as professional advice and should always consult qualified professionals for such matters.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sofi operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
