When you use Sofi, we collect information that you provide directly to us, including your email address and Google account information when you sign in. We also collect images you upload for processing and the generated results.

• Measure service usage, signups, purchases, and advertising effectiveness

3. Data Storage and Security

Your uploaded images and generated content are stored securely on Amazon S3 and our Supabase database. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase for database and authentication management
• Amazon S3 for image storage
• FAL AI for image generation
• Vercel for hosting, image optimization, and web analytics
• PostHog for product analytics
• Polar for payment processing
• Google Ads for advertising attribution and signup conversion measurement
• Naver Ads for advertising attribution and conversion measurement
• OpenAI Ads for ChatGPT advertising attribution and signup conversion measurement

4.1. Face and Likeness Data

If you upload or generate images containing human faces or likenesses, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have obtained explicit, documented consent from any identifiable individuals whose face or likeness appears in your uploads
• Images or content depicting human-like faces, voice, or likeness (realistic, stylized, or animated) are subject to additional review
• Sofi reserves the right to remove or report any such content that may violate third-party rights, cause harm, or contradict platform and payment processor policies
• We do not use your uploaded images or generated content to train AI models or share with third parties for their commercial purposes

4.2. Analytics, Cookies, and Advertising Measurement

Sofi and its analytics and advertising providers may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to understand service usage and attribute conversions to advertising campaigns. These providers may receive technical information such as the page URL, referrer, browser or device data, IP-related information, advertising attribution identifiers, and the type of conversion event.

For Naver Ads purchase measurement, Sofi sends the verified purchase total and currency. For Google Ads, Naver Ads, and OpenAI Ads signup measurement, Sofi sends only the signup event type. Sofi does not send your email address, uploaded images, prompts, or generated content to these advertising providers through these integrations. Authentication parameters and administrator pages are excluded from advertising tracking.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can do this by contacting us at the email address provided below. You may also request a copy of your data or ask us to stop processing your information.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information and generated content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

7. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

9. Service Limitations

Sofi does not provide or enable services for automated social media advertising, mass engagement optimization, or other activities related to gaining followers, likes, or commercial influence. Sofi does not act as a marketplace for third-party digital goods. All content generated must be created via Sofi and not for re-sale or redistribution outside the platform.
