Yes. Upload limits are 8 images for v1, 12 for v2, and 14 for v3. Use only references that contribute to the product, pose, model, or location; unrelated references can add noise.

Add a close, sharp reference where the changed material, logo, trim, or construction is visible. State the detail that must be preserved, but do not rely on “do not change anything” alone. Small or unusual details may still need a second generation or final retouching.

v1 is the lowest-cost option and has no sensitive-content filter, but composition can be less predictable. v2 is the default and usually gives the most stable fashion composition. v3 is useful when you need stronger instruction following or want another interpretation. Test the same source in more than one version when face, material, or framing matters.

Why was my generation blocked by the content filter?

v2 and v3 may block a prompt, source, or output that is detected as sensitive even when the styling is intentional. Remove sensitive wording or references and try again. When appropriate, v1 can be used because it does not apply the same filter.

Are credits charged when a generation fails?

No. Failed generations are not charged. If a failed or clearly broken generation appears to have used credits, send your account email and the result link to support for review.

Why does quality drop after several edits?

Each edit redraws part of the image, so repeated edits can soften faces, textures, and small details. Keep edits to one or two focused passes when possible, then use Resolution enhancement. Resolution enhancement is available without an additional credit charge.

Why can the selected model’s face change?

Model selection anchors identity, but pose, distance, a face in another reference, and repeated editing can still change facial details. Crop unrelated faces, connect a clear face and full-body reference to a private model, and regenerate or use Face Swap when the difference is noticeable.

Can I create a brand-exclusive private model?

Yes. AI Model Studio can create and register private models for your account. It is currently in private beta, so open Model Studio and enter an access code or request access.

How do I change only a model’s hairstyle?

Create the hairstyle as a separate model variation, then save that result as a private model. This is more consistent than asking every lookbook generation to change hair while preserving the face.

The Sofi model library is updated regularly. You can also upload a model, create a private model, or contact support with the age range and visual direction you need.

Do unused subscription credits roll over?

Yes. Eligible unused subscription credits roll over for 30 days after a paid renewal, an annual monthly credit reset, or a plan upgrade. Remaining subscription credits do not roll over when the subscription itself ends. One-time credits do not expire.

Can several team members share a workspace?

Yes. The Lookbook plan supports up to 3 seats, and the Campaign plan supports up to 5 seats. Single and Studio plans do not include team seats.
