We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used any credits from your purchase.

Once you use any credits from your purchase, the transaction becomes final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all credit purchases and subscription plans.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You have not used any credits from your purchase
  • You contact us through our official support channel

You are NOT eligible for a refund if:

  • More than 7 days have passed since your purchase
  • You have used any credits from your purchase (even 1 credit)
  • Your account has been suspended or banned for violating our terms
  • You have initiated a chargeback or payment dispute

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team through our contact channel with the following information:

  • Your email address associated with the purchase
  • Purchase date and order ID (if available)
  • Reason for refund request

Our team will verify your eligibility and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, refunds for subscription payments follow the same 7-day no-credits-used policy.

If you cancel your subscription:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • Unused credits will expire at the end of your billing cycle
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods

Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

When you upgrade or downgrade your plan:

  • Changes take effect immediately
  • Charges are prorated based on your current billing cycle
  • Unused credits from your previous plan will carry over

Exceptions and Special Cases

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

  • Suspected fraud or abuse of the refund policy
  • Violation of our Terms of Use
  • Multiple refund requests from the same user
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without contacting support first

In exceptional circumstances (technical issues, service outages, etc.), we may offer refunds or credits at our discretion, even if credits have been used.
